About Woven Roots Farmstead
Our Family Farm
Woven Roots Farmstead is a first generation farm on land that has been lived on, cared for and loved by the Smith family for four generations. We have immense gratitude for the opportunity we have been afforded to cultivate this beautiful land into a sustainable farm.
Our Farming Practices
We raise beef and pork on pasture land that our family lives on. Our goal is to regenerate the land and create more pasture by rotating the animals. This helps to make the land sustainable and nutrient dense for each animal to live happily on and eat from. Our pigs are fed NON-GMO feed along with spring water and fresh grass. Our cows are grass fed and finished, allowing for the finest beef you could ask for.
Our Community
At WRF, we're proud to be a part of the local community. We work closely with other local farmers. We are as local as it gets. We live and sell right in the town we are proud to live in.
